She’s spends hours and hours every week learning and perfecting her dance routines. You spend hours and hours running her to and from practices, recitals and performances. I absolutely love when families come back for pictures year after year - sure I like the business but what I really love is seeing families change and grow. I started photographing this family when their oldest child was born (at-home newborn session) and have had the opportunity to update their family and children’s portraits throughout the years. I hadn’t seen them since the little one was 6 months old (baby milestone session) so it was super fun watching him laugh and play with big brother!

Session: Full Newborn

As the mother of two boys, I love being able to spend a little time with a baby girl. Although I (of course) adore my boy children and wouldn’t trade them for the world, I also really enjoy breaking out the floral patterns and the “girl” colors (yes, I know….there really is no such thing)!

This little one is also extra special because her name is Lucy….I obviously love her name! Isn’t she the sweetest?

Session Type: Full Newborn Session

I know as Mother’s (and women in general), it’s hard to step in front of a camera sometimes. Especially when we may not be feeling our best. And we all know, that we are definitely not feeling our best, just days after giving birth. But, with that being said, this stage in life….that new Momma stage, is also one of the most important moments to capture. Your little one will want to see these pictures some day. They will want to see the emotion on your face as you look at them, as you hold them.

I love the portrait below of this new Mom and her newly born son. I hope they both treasure it forever. ❤️

Session Type: Mini Newborn with Sibling Add-On

Those first few weeks of life are some of the most important moments to capture.  Your baby will never be this small again and they grow and change so quickly.  As a mother, I want to document this precious stage for you - I want to give you something to look back on.  As a photographer, I want to create beautiful portraits that you will treasure forever!   

Over the last 6 years of photographing newborns, I have learned that most mother's want pictures of their baby but not everyone wants or needs a full newborn session.  The MINI NEWBORN SESSION may be the perfect solution.  It's great for those who want a short and sweet portrait session and a few of their favorite digital images.  

Mini session clients receive the same excellent customer service experience and access to the same portrait art options as other clients.  The only difference is baby is all wrapped up and the session is shorter!

You can even add-on siblings (like the session below) and parents/family if you want!
